Payment
You make an advance payment of 30% of the model's cost.
Approval of the questionnaire data
We meet with you online to discuss the concept design. The information gathered from the questionnaire has already helped us better understand your preferences, but we clarify and explain all the details during this meeting. The result of this discussion allows us to begin developing the concept design (on paper for now).
Discussing floor plans and facade design
We show you floor plans and facade design and answer all your questions. If you'd like to change any aspects, we take note of your wishes and make the necessary adjustments to the drawings after the meeting.

You review the plans and facade design after the adjustments have been made and give approval for the model to be produced. Now all that’s left is a short wait, and the model of your dream home will be on your desk!
Full payment
You pay the remaining 70% to initiate the production of your house model.
