1. General provisions

This policy regulates the procedure for returns and the terms of cooperation between PH HOME LLP and customers who purchase ready-made or developed house designs, as well as those who order the manufacture of 3D models. The Policy takes into account the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection" and articles of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

2. Ready-made house designs without adjustments

2.1. The Client pays 100% of the cost of the finished house project and receives the drawings in electronic form immediately after payment.
2.2. There is no refund for completed projects, as the drawings are intangible property and are transferred to the client in full.
2.3. If the client refuses to produce a physical 3D model before the start of its production, 70% of the paid amount will be refunded to him. Production of the model begins only after obtaining the client's consent.
2.4. After approval and the start of production of the 3D model, a refund is not possible, since the model is made individually for a specific client.

3. New projects or ready-made projects with customer-specific adjustments

3.1. The Client provides information about his preferences or adjustments through a questionnaire and makes an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the project cost.
3.2. At the first meeting with the PH HOME specialist, the client's preferences are discussed. If the client decides to terminate the cooperation after the meeting, the prepayment will be refunded in full.
3.3. If the client agrees to the development or adjustment of the project, the prepayment in the amount of 30% becomes non-refundable, as the project is being developed individually.
3.4. Upon completion of the project, the client pays the remaining 70% of the cost and agrees to produce a physical 3D model. A refund is not possible from the moment the model is manufactured.

4. The procedure for making a refund

4.1. In order to make a refund, the customer must provide a written statement, including:
Full name and contact details of the client.
The reason for the refund.
The date of application submission.
Bank details for the transfer of funds.
4.2. The refund is made within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the application and verification of compliance with the refund conditions.

5. Final provisions

5.1. All stages of the work (project selection, adjustments, 3D model production) are agreed with the client in writing.
5.2. The Client undertakes to familiarize himself with this policy before starting cooperation.
5.3. By signing an agreement with PH Home, the client confirms agreement with the specified terms.
